摘要
免疫检查点抑制剂(Immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)是又一里程碑式抗肿瘤方法.但随着ICIs的广泛应用,有关免疫治疗相关不良反应(Immune-related adverse events,irAEs)的报告也逐渐增加.ICIs可影响体内多种内分泌腺体,其中甲状腺不良事件最常见.临床医生在治疗过程中需权衡ICIs的免疫毒性程度和肿瘤对药物的敏感程度.本文回顾了近年文献关于ICIs引起的甲状腺不良事件的临床特点、潜在发病机制以及治疗策略.
Abstract
Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)has been considered as a breakthrough in cancer treatment.However,a wide range of immune-related adverse events(irAEs)are reported during the wide application of ICIs.ICIs can affect various endocrine organs,among which adverse events are the most common.Clinicians should weigh the degree of immunotoxicity of ICIs and the sensitivity of tumors to drugs during treatment.This article reviews the clinical characteristics,potential pathogenesis and treatment strategies of thyroid adverse events caused by ICIs in recent years.
