摘要
光相干断层扫描血管成像(Optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)作为近几年新兴的一种无创眼底检测手段,基于其特殊的检测原理,可以一定程度上弥补眼底荧光素血管造影(Fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)等传统手段的不足.随着OCTA技术的广泛应用,其成像的量化参数已被证明与多种视网膜血管性疾病的发展和预后密切相关,而健康人黄斑区血流基线数据可能受多种因素影响.因此,本综述就可能影响健康人黄斑区血流参数的各项影响因素进行总结分析.
Abstract
Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is an emerging non-invasive fundus detection method in recent years,it can compensate to some extent for the deficiencies of traditional means such as fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)based on its special detection principle.With the widespread use of OCTA technology,the quantitative parameters of its imaging have been proved to be closely related to the development and prognosis of various retinal vascular diseases,and the baseline data of macular blood flow in healthy people may be influenced by various factors.Therefore,this review summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors that may affect the macular blood flow parameters of healthy people.
