种植体龈沟液炎症水平对老年患者种植牙成功率的影响

摘要
目的 探究种植体龈沟液炎症水平对老年患者种植牙成功率的影响.方法 选取我院2019年10月～2022年10月纳入的96例完成种植修复治疗的老年患者,按种植体附近有无炎症分为对照组和观察组(n=48),其中对照组出现种植体周围炎,观察组未出现种植体周围炎.观察和比较两组患者种植体部位的炎症因子水平、牙周情况、种植体骨吸收量、种植体植入成功率以及不良反应的发生率.结果 观察组患者龈沟液的IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、OPN水平明显低于对照组;治疗后观察组的龈沟液量、骨吸收量均少于对照组,PLI、PD、SBI评分低于对照组,ISQ评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组植入成功率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 种植体龈沟液的炎症水平对老年患者种植牙成功率有明显影响,炎症因子水平越低,种植成功率越高,不良反应发生率越低.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of implant gingival crevicular fluid inflammation level on the success rate of dental implants in elderly patients.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients who completed implant repair treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group(n=48)according to whether there was inflammation near the implant.Perimplantitis occurred in the control group,while no perimplantitis occurred in the observation group.The levels of inflammatory factors at the implant site,periodontal conditions,implant bone absorption,implant implantation success rate and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α and OPN in gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.After treatment,the gingival crevicular fluid volume and bone absorption volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,PLI,PD and SBI scores were lower than those in the control group,and ISQ scores were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the success rate of implantation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The inflammation level of implant gingival crevicular fluid has a significant impact on the success rate of dental implantation in elderly patients.The lower the level of inflammatory factors,the higher the success rate of implantation and the lower the incidence of adverse reactions.
