同侧肾上腺皮质无功能腺瘤伴皮质、髓质增生的发病机制研究及诊治方法探讨(附1例典型病例并文献复习)

摘要
目的 探讨同侧肾上腺皮质无功能腺瘤伴皮质、髓质增生的发病机制、临床和病理特征及诊疗方法.方法 结合典型病例并复习相关文献,对该疾病进行相关探讨研究.结果 患者术后病理示:右肾上腺皮质腺瘤;皮质增生,以球状带增生为主;肾上腺髓质增生.结论 同侧肾上腺皮质无功能腺瘤伴皮质、髓质增生临床罕见,诊断困难,治疗原则不易把握,确诊需结合临床表现、实验室与病理检查结果,手术治疗为首选方法.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis,clinical and pathological features,diagnosis and treatment of nonfunctional adenoma of the ipsilateral adrenal cortex with cortical and medullary hyperplasia.Methods Combined with typical case and review of relevant literature,the disease was discussed and studied.Results Postoperative pathology of the patient showed right adrenal cortical adenoma;Cortical hyperplasia,mainly spherical zone hyperplasia;Adrenal medulla hyperplasia.Conclusion Nonfunctional adenoma of the ipsilateral adrenal cortex with cortical and medullary hyperplasia is rare in clinic,difficult to diagnose and difficult to grasp the principle of treatment.Clinical manifestations,laboratory and pathological examination results should be combined to confirm the diagnosis,and surgical treatment is the first choice.
