摘要
目的 总结1例腹主动脉瘤破裂继发ICU获得性衰弱合并气管切开患者的外骨骼机器人康复治疗效果.方法 在全面评估患者的基础上,制定个性化康复治疗方案,包括药物治疗、一般常规康复治疗及外骨骼机器人治疗.结果 经过一般康复治疗及外骨骼机器人治疗2月后,患者四肢肌力由1级升至4级,改良Barthel指数由0分升至90分.结论 对于ICU获得性衰弱等重症患者早期实施下肢外骨骼机器人康复治疗,可有效促进患者康复,提高患者日常生活能力.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the rehabilitation effect of exoskeleton robot in a patient with ICU-acquired weakness secondary to ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm and tracheotomy.Methods On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of patients,develop personalized rehabilitation treatment plans,including drug treatment,general conventional rehabilitation treatment and exoskeleton robot treatment.Results After general rehabilitation treatment and exoskeleton robot treatment for 2 months,the patient's limb muscle strength increased from level 1 to level 4,and the modified Barthel index increased from 0 to 90 points.Conclusion Early implementation of lower limb exoskeleton robot rehabilitation treatment for ICU-acquired weakness and other critical patients can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve their daily living ability.
