摘要
目的 探究基于圆运动理论的穴位埋线法应用于痰热内扰型失眠患者的治疗效果.方法 选取我院2021年9月～2023年6月住院部及门诊收治的60例痰热内扰型失眠患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),其中对照组给予口服阿普唑仑片治疗,观察组运用基于圆运动理论的穴位埋线法进行治疗.评估两组患者的中医证候疗效、治疗前后的睡眠质量与精神状态.结果 观察组中医证候总疗效高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组患者的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分、总评分以及SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组的睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、睡眠质量评分、总评分以及SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);随访后,观察组的睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍、睡眠质量评分以及总评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于圆运动理论的穴位埋线法应用于痰热内扰型失眠患者的治疗效果显著,与单纯使用西药相比,穴位埋线法在改善患者的中医证候、睡眠质量、提高患者的精神状态等方面效果更佳.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint embedding method based on circular motion theory on insomnia patients with phlegm-heat internal disturbance.Methods A total of 60 patients with internal disturbance of phlegm-heat insomnia admitted to inpatient department and outpatient department of our hospital from September 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with oral alprazolam tablets,and the observation group was treated with acupoint embedding method based on circular motion theory.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,sleep quality and mental state before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The total curative effect of TCM syndromes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction score,total score,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,sleep quality score,total score,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After follow-up,the sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,daytime function,sleep quality score and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The acupoint catgut embedding method based on circular motion theory is effective in the treatment of insomnia patients with phlegm-heat internal disturbance.Compared with the simple use of western medicine,the acupoint catgut embedding method is more effective in improving the TCM syndromes,sleep quality and mental state of patients.
