台山市2021～2022年婴幼儿生长发育与智力发育水平的监测结果分析

摘要
目的 分析台山市2021～2022年婴幼儿生长发育与智力发育水平的监测结果.方法 选取台山市2021年12月～2022年8月辖区内的680例婴幼儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组(n=340),其中对照组采用常规系统保健,观察组采用儿童早期发展指导管理系统保健,两组均干预1年.对两组婴幼儿生长发育与智力发育水平情况进行监测,并对监测结果进行比较.结果 干预1年后,观察组婴幼儿身长和体重增加值优于对照组(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组婴幼儿在6个月和1岁时的智力发育均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 运用儿童早期发展指导管理系统保健,能够改善婴幼儿生长发育水平,促进婴幼儿的智力发育.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of infants and young children growth and intellectual development in Taishan City from 2021 to 2022.Methods A total of 680 infants and young children in Taishan City from December 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group(n=340)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine systematic health care,and the observation group received early childhood development guidance and management system health care.Both groups were intervened for 1 year.The growth and intellectual development of infants and young children in the two groups were monitored,and the results of growth and intellectual development in the two groups were compared.Results After 1 year of intervention,compared with the control group,the body length and weight gain of infants in the observation group were better(P＜0.05).After intervention,the intellectual development of infants and young children at 6 months and 1 year old in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of early childhood development guidance and management system health care can improve the growth and development level of infants and young children,and promote their intellectual development.
