摘要
目的 探索通过建立第三方见证联合医疗意外险的运行机制,提高医患沟通效果,降低医疗纠纷发生率.方法 对本院6 711例次第三方见证联合医疗意外险模式的医患沟通进行回顾性研究,评价治疗结束后、医疗意外险赔付后发生医疗纠纷或投诉的情况.结果 6 711例次运行第三方见证联合医疗意外险模式后,无投诉及医疗纠纷发生.结论 第三方见证联合医疗意外险的模式可以有效提升医患沟通效果,增进医患间相互理解,是一种医患双方获益且有利于提升医院质量管理水平的模式.
Abstract
Objective To explore the operation mechanism of a third-party witness combined medical accident insurance,improve the effect of doctor-patient communication,and reduce the incidence of medical disputes.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 6 711 cases of doctor-patient communication under the third-party witness combined medical accident insurance model in our hospital,and the occurrence of medical disputes or complaints after treatment and medical accident insurance compensation was evaluated.Results After operation of third-party witness combined medical accident insurance model,there were no complaints or medical disputes in 6 711 cases.Conclusion The model of third-party witness combined medical accident insurance can effectively improve the communication effect of doctor-patient communication,and enhance mutual understanding between doctors and patients.It is a model that benefits both doctors and patients,and is conducive to improving the level of hospital quality management.
