苯磺酸氨氯地平联合坦度螺酮治疗伴焦虑状态老年高血压的效果观察

摘要
目的 探究苯磺酸氨氯地平联合坦度螺酮治疗伴焦虑状态老年高血压的效果.方法 选取我院2022年1月～2023年10月符合纳入标准的90例伴焦虑状态老年高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,研究组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合坦度螺酮治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、血压水平、血管内皮功能、神经递质情况、焦虑抑郁情况.结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率、NE、5-HT均高于对照组(P＜0.05),收缩压、舒张压、SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗前后两组心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 苯磺酸氨氯地平联合坦度螺酮治疗伴焦虑状态老年高血压效果较好,可改善患者的血管内皮功能、神经递质情况和精神状态,还可降低患者的血压水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of amlodipine besylate combined with tandospirone in the treatment of elderly hypertension with anxiety state.Methods 90 elderly hypertension patients with anxiety state who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate,and the study group was treated with amlodipine besylate combined with tandospirone.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,vascular endothelial function,neurotransmitter status,anxiety and depression state were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,NE and 5-HT of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of SDP,SBP,SAS and SDS were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine besylate combined with tandospirone is effective in the treatment of elderly hypertension with anxiety state,which can improve the vascular endothelial function,neurotransmitter and mental state of patients,and can also reduce the blood pressure level of patients..
