微创旋切术与开放手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果对比
Comparison of the effectiveness between minimally invasive rotary resection and open surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors

摘要
目的 对比微创旋切术与开放手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果.方法 选取东营市东营区人民医院2020年3月～2023年3月纳入的102例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组(n=51),对照组采用开放手术治疗,观察组采用微创旋切术治疗.比较两组患者的手术指标、并发症发生情况、VAS评分和治疗满意度.结果 观察组的手术时间、手术切口长度、术中出血量和手术切口愈合时间均优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组手术后1 d、3 d、5 d的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组的治疗满意度为96.08%,对照组的治疗满意度为76.47%,观察组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采用微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤,可以缩短手术时间、手术切口长度和手术切口愈合时间,减少术中出血量和并发症的发生,减轻患者的疼痛感,从而提高治疗满意度.
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive rotary resection and open surgery for benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 102 patients with benign breast tumors included in Dongying District People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were divided into control group and observation group(n=51)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive rotary resection.The surgical indexes,complications,VAS score,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,operation incision length,intraoperative blood loss and operation incision healing time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of 1 d,3 d and 5 d after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.08%,and that of the control group was 76.47%.The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with benign breast tumors can be treated with minimally invasive rotary resection,which can shorten the operation time,operation incision length and operation incision healing time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and complications,reduce the pain of patients,and improve treatment satisfaction.
