摘要
目的 探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合恩格列净和螺内酯治疗对心力衰竭患者心功能的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 1 月～2023年 10 月期间在舟山广安医院治疗的心力衰竭患者 62 例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组(各 31 例).两组均采用螺内酯治疗,对照组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用恩格列净治疗.比较两组患者的血压、心功能、6 min步行距离(6 MWD)、血清炎症指标、血浆指标.评估两组患者的临床疗效.结果 治疗后观察组血压、LVEDd、LVESd、BNP、NT-proBNP及CRP、TNF-α、IL-33水平均低于对照组,而LVEF、6 MWD及总有效率均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 心力衰竭患者采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦、恩格列净及螺内酯联合治疗具有相对较佳的疗效,能促进患者心功能的改善,降低炎症水平,调节BNP、NT-proBNP水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of sacubactril valsartan combined with empagliflozin and spironolactone on cardiac function in patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 62 patients with heart failure treated in Guangan Hospital of Zhoushan from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group(31 cases each)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with spironolactone,the control group was treated with sacubactril valsartan,and the observation group was treated with empagliflozin on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Blood pressure,cardiac function,6-min walking distance(6 MWD),serum inflammation indexes and plasma indexes were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results After treatment,blood pressure and the levels of LVEDd,LVESd,BNP,NT-proBNP,CRP,TNF-α,IL-33 in observation group were lower than those in control group,while LVEF,6 MWD and total effective rate were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of sacubactril valsartan,empagliflozin and spironolactone in patients with heart failure has a relatively good effect,which can promote the improvement of cardiac function,reduce the level of inflammation,and regulate the levels of BNP and NT-proBNP.
