摘要
报告1例胆碱能性荨麻疹并发过敏性休克患儿,女,13岁,诱发因素为剧烈运动.予肾上腺素、地塞米松抗炎抗过敏及生理盐水扩容等处理后病情缓解.
Abstract
A 13-year-old female child with cholinergic urticaria complicated with anaphylactic shock was reported.The precipitating factor was strenuous exercise.The condition was relieved after treatment with epinephrine,dexamethasone anti-inflammation and anti-allergy,and normal saline dilatation.
