摘要
目的 探究胞磷胆碱钠胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗对急诊急性脑梗死(ACI)患者日常生活能力的影响.方法 选取2023年1月～2023年12月我院收治的108例急诊ACI患者,随机分为两组,采用尤瑞克林治疗为对照组,在尤瑞克林的基础上采用胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗为观察组.分析患者的临床疗效、神经功能、日常生活能力、炎症指标及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组日常生活能力Barthel指数评分(85.29±6.06)分,高于对照组的(76.71±5.46)分(P＜0.05);观察组神经功能NIHSS评分(8.19±2.32)分、hs-CRP(10.15±1.03)mg/L、IL-6(17.39±2.27)mg/L、IL-8(19.16±3.87)mg/L,均低于对照组[(14.05±3.62)分、(15.17±2.42)mg/L、(23.28±4.09)mg/L、(26.67±4.08)mg/L)](P＜0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组的临床疗效(92.59%)优于对照组(77.78%)(P＜0.05).结论 采用胞磷胆碱钠胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急诊ACI患者,可以降低炎症因子水平,提高日常生活能力,调节神经功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of citicoline sodium capsule combined with ureicline on the daily living ability of emergency patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 108 patients with emergency ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with ureicline,and the observation group was treated with citicoline sodium capsules on the basis of ureicline.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,daily living ability,inflammatory markers and adverse reactions of the patients were analyzed.Results After treatment,the Barthel index score of daily living ability in the observation group was(85.29±6.06)points,which was higher than that in the control group(76.71±5.46)points(P<0.05).The neurological function NIHSS score(8.19±2.32)points,hs-CRP(10.15±1.03)mg/L,IL-6(17.39±2.27)mg/L and IL-8(19.16±3.87)mg/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(14.05±3.620)points,(15.17±2.42)mg/L,(23.28±4.09)mg/L,(26.67±4.08)mg/L](P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group(92.59%)was better than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of citicoline sodium capsules combined with ureicline in the treatment of emergency ACI patients can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve daily living ability and regulate neurological function.
