梅花针针刺治疗脂溢性脱发效果的Meta分析

摘要
目的 基于Meta分析系统评价梅花针针刺治疗脂溢性脱发的效果.方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、PubMed数据库中有关梅花针针刺治疗脂溢性脱发的文献,筛选建库至2024年2月符合纳入标准的随机对照试验(RCT),运用Revman 5.4版软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入文献11篇,1 227例患者.Meta分析结果显示,梅花针针刺治疗脂溢性脱发疗效显著,试验组总有效率优于对照组[OR=4.77,95%CI(3.40～6.70),P＜0.000 01].梅花针针刺可明显改善脂溢性脱发的中医证候积分,试验组脱发证候积分[MD=-0.97,95%CI(-1.22～-0.73)]、油腻证候积分[MD=-1.35,95%CI(-1.94～-0.77)]、瘙痒证候积分[MD=-1.17,95%CI(-1.59～-0.75)]改善程度均优于对照组(P＜0.000 01).结论 梅花针针刺治疗在提高脂溢性脱发的总有效率和改善临床症状方面具有独特优势.
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of plum-blossom needle acupuncture in the treatment of sebrrheic alopecia based on Meta-analysis.Methods The literature on plum-blossom needle acupuncture in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database(VIP),Wanfang database and PubMed database was searched,and the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that met the inclusion criteria from the establishment of the database to February 2024 were screened.Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.4 software.Results A total of 11 articles and and 1 227 patients were included.The results of Meta-analysis show that plum-blossom needle acupuncture was effective in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group[OR=4.77,95% CI(3.40～6.70),P<0.000 01].Plum-blossom needle acupuncture could significantly improve the TCM syndrome score of seborrheic alopecia.The improvement of alopecia syndrome score[MD=-0.97,95% CI(-1.22～-0.73)],greasy syndrome score[MD=-1.35,95% CI(-1.94～-0.77)],and pruritus syndrome score[MD=-1.17,95% CI(-1.59～-0.75)]in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.000 01).Conclusion Plum-blossom needle acupuncture has unique advantages in increasing the total effective rate of seborrheic alopecia and improving the clinical symptoms.
