Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wumen RMK-03TM mucosal antibacterial spray combined with desloratadine citrate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 60 patients with AR who were admitted to the otolaryngology department of Suzhou TCM Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were collected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given desloratadine citrate orally,and the treatment group was given Wumen RMK-03TM mucosal antibacterial spray on the basis of the control group.According to the symptoms(sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching)and signs(degree of turbinate enlargement)of the two groups of patients on the day of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs were recorded statistically analyzed.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were statistically significant in the same group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in sign score between the two groups(P<0.05),and the sign score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.It showed that the symptoms and signs of AR in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement of nasal turbinate enlargement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Wumen RMK-03TM mucosal antibacterial spray combined with desloratadine citrate has a good clinical effect in the treatment of AR,and the improvement of nasal turbinate enlargement is better than that of desloratadine citrate.
