Objective To explore the value of safety and effectiveness of laser-guided puncture biopsy of brain tumors. Methods A total of 96 patients with suspected brain tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected. All patients underwent laser-guided puncture biopsy of craniocerebral tumors. The biopsy results of all patients were analyzed to evaluate the accuracy and safety of biopsy. Results The pathological results of laser-guided puncture biopsy of brain tumors showed that malignant tumors mainly included glioma, diffuse large B-cell tumor, lung cancer brain metastasis, neuroblastoma, and benign tumors included inflammatory lesions and glial cell hyperplasia. There were 87 cases of positive results,9 cases of negative results in brain tumor puncture biopsy guided by laser localization,,including 3 cases of false negative and 0 cases of false positive. The accuracy was 96.88%(93/96),the sensitivity was 96.67%(87/90),and the specificity was 100%(6/6).Among the 96 patients in this study,a total of 8 patients had complications, and 3 patients had local small pieces of bleeding,of which 2 patients had mild headache symptoms, after 3 days of observation, the symptoms of the patients were alleviated.Intracranial hypertension occurred in 4 patients after operation, and the symptoms were improved after anti-infection,atomization phlegm, nerve nutrition and antihypertensive treatment. One patient died after cerebral hernia. Conclusion Laser-guided puncture biopsy of brain tumor is an effective clinical diagnosis method with high accuracy and high safety, and has certain value in the diagnosis of brain tumors.
