摘要
目的 调查老年高血压共病患者自我管理行为现状,并分析其影响因素.方法 选取2023年2月~2023年6月在延吉市2家社区卫生服务中心就诊的60岁以上的老年高血压共病患者为研究对象,采用老年慢性病自我管理调查问卷测评患者自我管理行为水平,询问并记录患者的相关资料,经多元线性回归分析老年高血压共病患者自我管理行为的影响因素.结果 305例老年高血压共病患者自我管理行为评分为(64.77±11.14)分,处于中等水平;不同性别、年龄、受教育程度、家庭人均月收入水平、医疗保险类型、吸烟情况、饮酒情况、锻炼情况以及是否关注来自网络的疾病知识、确诊疾病的最大年限、患慢性病种类等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多元线性回归分析结果显示,患慢性病种类、动机因素、性别、受教育程度、授权赋能、年龄均为老年高血压共病患者自我管理行为的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 老年高血压共病患者自我管理水平处于中等水平,可能受患慢性病种类、动机因素、性别、受教育程度、授权赋能、年龄的影响.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of self-management behavior in elderly patients with hypertension comorbidity and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Elderly patients with hypertension comorbidity over 60 years old who were treated in two community health service centers in Yanji City from February 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The self-management behavior level of patients was evaluated by the self-management questionnaire of elderly patients with chronic diseases.The relevant data of patients were asked and recorded,and the influencing factors of self-management behavior of elderly patients with hypertension comorbidity were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The self-management behavior score of 305 elderly patients with hypertension comorbidity was(64.77±11.14)points,which was at a medium level.There were statistically significant differences in gender,age,education level,family per capita monthly income level,medical insurance type,smoking status,drinking status,exercise status,whether to pay attention to disease knowledge from the network,the maximum years of confirmed disease,and the types of chronic diseases(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that chronic disease type,motivational factors,gender,education level,empowerment,age were all influencing factors of self-management behavior in elderly patients with hypertension comorbidity(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management level of elderly patients with hypertension comorbidity is at a medium level,which may be influenced by chronic disease type,motivational factors,gender,education level,empowerment,age and other factors.
