摘要

目的 探讨中医内治法治疗结肠慢传输型便秘(CSTC)的用药规律.方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)中以中医内治法治疗CSTC的临床研究文献,筛选符合标准的文献,使用WPS表格建立数据库,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 26.0与Origin 2024等软件对提取的数据进行分析.结果 本研究共纳入处方83首,涉及中药120味,得到高频中药(使用频次≥14)24味,依次为当归、白术等;中药功效分类以补虚药、理气药为主;药物四气以温、寒为主,五味以甘、苦为主,归经以脾经、胃经为主.高频中药关联规则分析共得到15种核心药物组合;Pearson相关性分析得到10种药对;因子分析提取得到10个公因子;系统聚类分析得到5类组方.结论 中医内治法治疗CSTC多以润肠通便为主,补气、养血并举,辨证配伍补虚、理气等药物.

Abstract

Objective To explore the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)internal treatment for colonic slow transit constipation(CSTC).Methods The clinical research literature on the treatment of CSTC by internal treatment of TCM in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed was retrieved,and the literature that met the criteria was screened.The database was established by WPS table,and the extracted data were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS Statistics 26.0 and Origin 2024.Results A total of 83 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 120 TCM,and 24 high-frequency TCM(frequency of use≥14)were obtained,followed by angelica,atractylodes,etc..The efficacy classification of TCM is mainly based on tonifying deficiency drugs and qi-regulating drugs.The four properties of drugs are mainly warm and cold,the five flavors are mainly sweet and bitter,and the meridians are mainly spleen meridians and stomach meridians.A total of 15 core drug combinations were obtained by high-frequency Chinese medicine association rule analysis.Pearson correlation analysis obtained 10 drug pairs;ten common factors were extracted by factor analysis.Five types of prescriptions were obtained by systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion The treatment of CSTC by internal treatment of TCM is mainly focuses on moistening the intestines and promoting bowel movements,while simultaneously supplementing qi and nourishing blood,and combining drugs such as tonifying deficiency and regulating qi based on syndrome differentiation.
