Risk assessment of water and soil loss secondary disasters in power transmission and transformation lines based on combined weight method
Transmission and transformation line projects often span a wide range of regions, with extremely complex topographical and geological conditions along the line, frequent natural disasters and high disaster risk.Firstly, through the investigation of the secondary disasters of soil and water loss along the power transmission and transformation project in Zibo City,Shandong Province, the laws and characteristics of the development of disasters along the line are analyzed and studied.Their development is mainly controlled by topography, formation lithology and rainfall. Then 11 factors such as elevation, slope, aspect, geomorphic type, rainfall, fault distance, land use type, water system density, lithology, road distance and mining area distance are selected as the evalua-tion indicators. The disaster risk of the study area is evaluated by integrating the analytic hierarchy process and the information quantity method. The success rate curve AUC is 0.76,and the evaluation accuracy is high. The evalu-ation results show that the towers along the line are located in 3151 extremely low risk areas,1696 low risk areas,2622 medium risk areas,1011 high risk areas and 71 extremely high risk areas. At the same time, the hazard zon-ing map can provide scientific basis for route selection and disaster prevention of power transmission and transformation projects, and has important application value.
