聚合物加固砂土的无侧限抗压试验及离散元分析

摘要
为了研究高分子聚合物加固砂土的压缩特性和加固机理,本文通过室内无侧限抗压试验,分析不同聚合物含量、不同砂土干密度条件下加固砂土的无侧限抗压强度特性,并结合数值试验,对比分析砂土的应力应变曲线、破坏形态、微裂缝扩展和能量演化特征.试验结果表明:加固砂土的无侧限抗压强度特性随着聚合物含量和干密度的增加有显著提高;加固砂土的抗压强度在固化剂含量为4%时达到最大值812.67 kPa;在干密度达到1.60 g/cm3时,加固砂土的抗压强度达到最大值411.13 kPa.加固砂土的弹性模量和韧性随着聚合物含量的增加呈线性增长.聚合物形成的网状结构改善了粒间微结构;随含量的增长,微裂缝的数量和能量特征值均呈非线性增长.
Abstract
For studying the compression characteristics and reinforcement mechanism of polymer reinforced sand,this paper analyzes the unconfined compressive strength characteristics of sand under different polymer contents and different dry densities of sand through indoor unconfined compressive tests.Combined with numerical tests,the stress-strain curves,failure modes,micro-crack propagation and energy evolution characteristics of sand are compared and analyzed.The test results indicate that the unconfined compressive strength of reinforced sand increased significantly with the increase of polymer content and dry density.The compressive strength of reinforced sand reaches the maximum 812.67 kPa when the content of curing agent is 4%.When the dry density reaches 1.60 g/cm3,the compressive strength of reinforced sand reaches the maximum 411.13 kPa.The elastic modulus and toughness of reinforced sand increase linearly with the increase of polymer content.The network structure formed by polymer improves the intergranular microstructure;with the increase of content,the number and energy characteristic value of micro-cracks increase nonlinearly.
