Research on groundwater control and collaborative protection technology in metal mines
Tn order to solve the contradiction between mine water hazard prevention and control,water resources and water ecological protection in the process of metal mining,this paper conducted research on underground water prevention and coordinated protection technology in metal mines.By conducting research on the diffusion and overlap of water blocking curtain slurry,the following results have been achieved.(1)Revised the calculation formula for deep hole single-stage water pressure test and given curtain drilling hole spacing.(2)Develop an indoor grouting test platform and conduct grouting tests to guide construction needs based on the high pressure,strong karst,and low-permeability conditions required for mine water prevention and control.(3)Overcome the difficulty of grouting confined space curtains,achieve drilling branch holes with inclined sections less than 5 m and branch top angles greater than 37°,and increase the spacing between holes to 36 m.(4)Develop an integrated intelligent grouting system of"preparation-grouting-control"to achieve multi-channel linkage and collaboration of"1 station,4 machines,and 16 sets".(5)Establish a technology system for preventing and controlling water injection in mines,break through the interactive effects of curtain water blocking and bedrock reinjection,and overcome the bottleneck of multi layer bedrock high flow reinjection technology,and reconstruct the hydraulic balance of the"curtain reinjection"groundwater dual flow field within the mining area scale.The technology proposed in this study for the prevention and coordinated protection of groundwater in metal mines has achieved the safe development of mines and the coordinated protection of groundwater resources and aquatic ecol-ogy.The related technological achievements provide reference for the prevention and control of water in large water metal mines..
