Study on water inrush risk assessment system of Hanxing-type water-rich iron deposit——A case study of Baijian iron mine
In view of the complex hydrogeological conditions of Hanxing-type water-rich iron deposit and combined with the actual situation of Baijian iron mine, six factors including geological faults, water pressure above ore body, borehole density, distribution of the roof rock crack,RQD value and lithology of the roof rock are taken as the main controlling factors for the risk evaluation of water inrush in the Hanxing-type water-rich iron deposit. The weight of each evaluation index was obtained by sum-product method.Using ArcGIS software to perform composite overlay processing on the thematic maps,a zoning map for water inrush risk assessment of Baijian iron mine was obtained. The results show that the very high-risk,high-risk,medium risk and low-risk area of water inrush in Baijian iron mine is around 5.54,15.75,50.26 and 28.45percent respectively.Very high-risk areas and high-risk areas are mainly located on the axis and both sides of F2,F3,and F4 faults, where key preven-tion and control measures should be taken during infrastructure construction or mining.By evaluating the water inrush risk of Hanxing-type water-rich iron deposit-Baijian iron mine, this paper aims to provide some reference for water damage prevention in similar mines.
