摘要
本文在系统梳理巴布亚新几内亚矿产资源情况的基础上,利用自创的PEST-MTEL模型综合分析矿业开发现状和投资环境,深入研究了投资机遇和风险,得出巴新矿产资源丰富,开发潜力居世界前列,尤其是铜、金、镍、钴等矿产资源、矿业投资总成本较低、与中国矿产资源具有很强的互补性、经济增长强劲、基础设施持续改善、矿业投资前景广阔,但也须注意具体项目面临的开发效率、治安情况、经商成本、土地权属、货币互换机制等方面的风险及评估,以把握机遇并应对潜在挑战.
Abstract
On the basis of systematically reviewing the mineral resources situation in Papua New Guinea,this article uses the self created PEST-MTEL model to comprehensively analyze the current situation and investment environment of mining development. It deeply studies investment opportunities and risks,and concludes that Papua New Guinea has abundant mineral resources,especially copper,gold,nickel,cobalt and other mineral resources. The total cost of mining investment is relatively low,it has strong complementarity with China's mineral resources,strong economic growth,continuous improvement of infrastructure,and broad prospects for mining investment. However,attention should also be paid to the risks and assessments faced by specific projects in terms of development efficiency,security situation,business costs,land ownership,currency exchange mechanism,etc.,in order to seize opportunities and cope with potential challenges.
