The properties of rare earth elements connected to bauxite in the western region of Henan Province, constrained from geochemistry
The research focuses on evaluating the quality and investigating the geochemical traits of intercon-nected rare earth elements located within the bauxite of western Henan Province.Further, the symbolic importance of these elements in the context of bauxite formation and the generation of a mineral-rich environment in the same region is also explored. This article takes the Wumengou,Guandiwo, and Huangman Bauxites in the western Henan province as the research objects.Through basic analysis and semi quantitative spectral analysis methods, the study suggests that the formation of bauxite is closely related to the carbonate rocks on the floor. The rare earth content in some areas of bauxite has exceeded the ore boundary grade, which has enormous development value.
