以轮古稠油为原料,在高压反应釜内模拟油田地层条件,筛选了较合适的水热裂解催化剂。探讨了各反应条件对催化反应的影响。在油溶性钼为催化剂的情况下,稠油经水热裂解反应后,油样的降黏率为27%。饱和分和芳香分含量分别增加了2.69%和1.97%,胶质、沥青质含量分别减少了3.54%和3.21%。饱和分、芳香分、胶质、沥青质的平均相对分子质量分别降低了15.45%、12.20%、11.74%和9.35%,因而油品的质量和品位有相当程度的改善。四氢萘供氢剂与硫酸镍催化剂复配使用对超稠油水热裂解有协同效应。表面活性剂可以进一步增强催化剂在稠油中的分散度,有利于反应充分地进行。表6参8
Abstract
Base on the study of the feasibility of aquathermolysis for LunGu heavy oil, a series of suitable catalysts were selected. The reaction condition and influence factors were also investigated in detailed. Experiment results showed that in the condition of existence of oil-resolve Mo as catalyst, through aquathermolytic reaction, the viscosity of the heavy oil reduced by 27%. The amount of saturate and aromatic of heavy oil increased by 2.69% and 1.97%, and the amount of resin and asphaltene of heavy oil decreased by 3.54% and 3.21% , the average molecular weight of saturate, aromatic, resin and asphaltene reduced by 15.45%, 12.20%, 11.74% , 9.35% , respectively. As a result, the quality and grade of heavy oil were significantly improved. The combination of tetralin and catalyst of nickel sulphate had a synergetic function to the reaction. In addition, surfactant could make the catalyst uniformly disperse in the heavy oil, which is help of finishing aquathermolytic reaction.
