Practical Value and Path Choice of Building a High-Quality Belt and Road Energy Partnership
Under the background of profound changes in the global energy,the construction of a Global Energy Partnership is of greater practical significance.As one of the key areas of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),energy cooperation has achieved remarkable results and laid an important foundation for building energy partnership in the four dimensions of security,development,cooperation and governance.Due to the practice of the past decade,the contemporary connotation of high-quality energy partnership has been enriched,which is mainly manifested in build-ing a stable and orderly balance of supply and demand in energy security,practicing a green,low-carbon and sustain-able way of energy development,building a mutually beneficial and win-win international interaction in energy co-operation,and improve a universal and effective risk prevention system in energy governance.In terms of practical value,a high-quality BRI Energy Partnership will help ensure energy security,promote energy development,expand energy cooperation and improve energy governance.In terms of path choice,China has provided a Chinese approach for building a high-quality BRI Energy Partnership through the provision of public goods at the material,conceptual and institutional levels.
