全国统一大市场建设水平测度——兼论对中国经济发展的影响

摘要
基于统一大市场构建逻辑,采用2009-2021年中国整体和省级数据,从市场一体化和市场壁垒两方面对统一市场建设水平进行测度,并就建设统一大市场对中国经济的影响及其作用机制进行实证考察.研究发现:中国市场一体化水平呈持续上升态势,并且政府市场治理对市场一体化水平的支撑作用较大;各省市场壁垒呈不断下降趋势;统一大市场建设对中国经济整体具有显著促进效应,但在地区经济层面,统一大市场建设对经济发展具有明显的"J曲线"效应,且受到信息化发展水平的正向调节;统一大市场建设通过促进地区协调、平衡发展推动经济增长;经济发展水平较低时,往往具有较高的市场壁垒,并且市场壁垒对经济的抑制效应明显,随着经济水平提升,市场壁垒下降,对经济的持续促进效应更为明显.
Abstract
Based on the logic of building a unified big market,this paper uses China's overall and provincial data from 2009 to 2021 to measure the market integration and market barriers of a unified big market,and makes an em-pirical study of the impact of building a unified big market on China's economy and its mechanism.The findings are as follows:The level of market integration in China continues to rise,and the government market governance has a great supporting effect on the level of market integration.The market barriers in provinces and cities are declining.The construction of unified large market has a significant promoting effect on China's economy as a whole,but at the re-gional economic level,the construction of unified large market has an obvious"J-curve"effect on economic develop-ment,and is positively adjusted by the level of information development.The building of a unified big market pro-motes economic growth by promoting coordinated and balanced development among regionsWhen the level of eco-nomic development is low,there are often high market barriers,and market barriers have obvious inhibiting effect on the economy.With the improvement of economic level,market barriers fall,and the continuous promoting effect on the economy is more obvious.
