港澳回归对区域经济民生发展的影响
The Impact of the Return of Hong Kong and Macao on Regional Economic and People's Livelihood Development

摘要
港澳回归以来,"一国两制"方针为祖国经济长期平稳、快速发展作出了重大贡献.基于港澳回归的准自然实验框架,探讨港澳回归对粤港澳区域经济民生发展的影响.实证研究表明,港澳回归对该区域综合经济民生指数和人均GDP增长率存在积极的影响与正外部性;港澳回归后,区域内各城市通过互联互通与资源禀赋的优化配置使经济民生加速发展,对区域内各城市影响的异质性主要与其距离和产业结构有关.
Abstract
Since the return of Hong Kong and Macao,the principle of"one country,two systems"has made sig-nificant contributions to the long-term stable and rapid development of the Chinese economy.Based on the quasi-natural experimental framework of the return of Hong Kong and Macao,explores the impact of the return of Hong Kong and Macao on the regional economic and people's livelihood development of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.Empirical research shows that the return of Hong Kong and Macao has a positive impact and positive exter-nalities on the region's comprehensive economic and people's livelihood index and per capita GDP growth rate;after the return of Hong Kong and Macao,cities in the region have accelerated their economic and people's livelihood de-velopment through interconnection and optimal allocation of resource endowments.The heterogeneity of impacts on cities in the region is mainly related to their distance and industrial structure.
