"Going Global"for Chinese Enterprises under the Belt and Road Initiative:Achievements,Challenges and Strategies
The Belt and Road Initiative is an important platform for China to move toward a high level of opening up.The Belt and Road Initiative has broadened the international development space,the scale of investment and co-operation of Chinese enterprises in the countries and regions jointly building the Belt and Road.In the increasingly complex and volatile international political and economic environment,Chinese enterprises are facing multiple new risks in their"going global"efforts,including continued cooperation,economic control,financial stability and legal ad-aptation.Therefore,China should accelerate the construction of a risk prevention system for the countries jointly building the Belt and Road and take the risk prevention strategies of"government-led risk pre-warning","enterprise-led in-process risk management"and"multi-party participation in joint rights protection"to ensure the legitimate interests of Chinese enterprises"going global".
