RCEP Production Network and Internalized Trade Characteristics and Development Path
By analyzing the overall characteristics of commodity trade and consumer goods export in the RCEP production network,it is found that the RCEP regional production network has a high degree of external dependence,and a large amount of manufacturing capacity within the region needs to be absorbed by external markets.In the con-text of increasing uncertainties in the world economy,shrinking markets in the US and Europe and regional agglom-eration of the global industrial chains,RCEP economic cooperation is vulnerable to external shocks and will lose its centripetal force.In the center of the regional production network,enhancing the independent control of the industrial chain and becoming a large regional consumer market should be the main path for China to promote the structural adjustment and enhance cohesion of the RCEP production network.
