The Trends of Digital Economy Cooperation under the IPEF and China's Countermeasures
The digital economy is a core issue in IPEF,and the United States is carrying out digital economy co-operation with its Indo-Pacific allies in the fields of digital technology,digital infrastructure,semiconductor supply chain and digital trade under IPEF.Overall,IPEF digital economy cooperation will pose serious challenges to China's digital economy development.In this regard,China should follow the"Dual Circulation"strategy and formulate countermeasures at both domestic and international levels.At the domestic level,China should actively promote tech-nological innovation,industrial upgrading and digital governance to enhance the competitiveness of digital economy.At the international level,China should take ASEAN as a priority partner,the European Union and the Republic of Korea as key partners,and BRICS countries as important partners,and build a digital economy partnership network with China at its core.
