区域数字贸易规则网络地位对服务出口复杂度的影响

在量化区域数字贸易规则深度的基础上构建RTA数字贸易规则网络,实证探究网络地位对一国服务出口复杂度的影响.研究发现,RTA数字贸易规则网络中心度的提高能够显著提升一国服务出口复杂度,这种促进作用主要是通过促进规制融合及降低信息成本两条渠道实现的.异质性分析表明,网络中心度对服务出口复杂度的影响在不同收入水平的国家间存在异质性;数字经济条款和电子商务条款网络中心度的提高能够促进服务出口复杂度提升,数据流动条款对高收入国家的影响显著为正,知识产权条款对非高收入国家的影响显著为正.这为中国加快构建全球RTA数字贸易规则网络,提高规则影响力和网络地位,提升服务出口复杂度提供了经验证据.
The Impact of Regional Digital Trade Rules'Network Position on Service Export Sophistication
This paper builds a network of RTA digital trade rules on the basis of quantifying the depth of regional digital trade rules and empirically explores the impact of network position on a country's service export sophistication.The results show that the improvement of the network centrality of RTA digital trade rules can significantly increase a country's service export sophistication.This promotion effect is mainly achieved through two channels:promoting regulatory integration and reducing information costs.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of the network centrality of RTA digital trade rules on service export sophistication is heterogeneous among countries with different income levels;the increase in the network centrality of digital economy provisions and e-commerce provisions has a significant promotion effect on service export sophistication;the network centrality of data flow provisions has a sig-nificantly positive impact on high-income countries and the network centrality of intellectual property provisions has a significantly positive impact on non-high-income countries.The research in this paper provides empirical evidence for China to accelerate the construction of a global RTA digital trade rules network,improve its influence of rules and network position,and further increase its service export sophistication.
