技术溢出视角下中国与全球南方国家经贸关系研究

摘要
基于中国与全球南方国家经贸合作持续深化的事实,实证分析了中国企业技术溢出对全球南方国家贸易不平衡的影响.研究结果表明:中国企业技术溢出效应有助于缓解彼此间贸易不平衡,但存在国家异质性.技术溢出对于缓解全球南方国家贸易不平衡的作用机制主要通过提升其国际分工地位实现,民营企业和技术密集型行业的技术溢出对缓解贸易不平衡以及提升全球南方国家国际分工地位更为显著.未来,应进一步优化对全球南方国家贸易发展方式,加快构建中国与全球南方国家产业分工体系,加强自主创新与科技合作双轮驱动,更好构建中国与全球南方国家互利共赢的经贸关系.
Abstract
Based on the continuous deepening of economic and trade cooperation between China and the coun-tries of the Global South,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of technological spillovers from Chinese enterprises on the trade imbalances with other countries in the Global South.The analysis reveals that technological spillovers from Chinese companies contribute to mitigating trade imbalances,but variations exist across different countries.The pri-mary mechanism through which these spillovers lessen trade imbalances is achieved by enhancing the international di-vision of labor.Notably,technological spillovers from private and technology-intensive industries play a significant role in reducing trade imbalances and in elevating the status of the Global South within the global economic framework.Looking forward,it is imperative to refine the trade development model with the Global South,expedite the estab-lishment of an industrial division system between China and these countries and reinforce the dual engines of indepen-dent innovation and scientific collaboration.Such measures are essential to forge a more mutually beneficial economic and trade relationship between China and the Global South.
