Research on the Construction Pathways of Overseas Agricultural Cooperation Parks(Zones)along the Belt and Road
Overseas agricultural cooperation zone,as a new model for agricultural collabo-ration under the Belt and Road Initiative,is a key component of this collaborative framework and a significant driver of global agricultural development.Using China's overseas agricultural cooperation zones as a case study, this research adopts the Technology-Organization-Envi-ronment(TOE)framework and applies fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to examine the construction pathways of these zones. The findings reveal two main insights.First, the application of digital technology and the support from host country policies serve as dual driving forces for high-quality development in the cooperation zones.Second, various combi-nations of technological, organizational and environmental factors form multiple pathways to foster high-level zone construction.Specifically, three distinct multidimensional driving mech-anisms are identified for the construction of cooperation zones:the technology-environment-driven model, characterized by digital technology application and host country policy support;the synergistic model, which integrates technology, organization and environment factors in a balanced manner;and the organizational efficacy model, grounded in core enterprise capabilities and the efficient utilization of financial resources.
