ChatGPT、Sora等生成人工智能的迅速发展激起了人们对新技术与未来人机协同社会的多重想象和忧虑,由此生发的关于人工智能会否拥有灵魂、是否需要有灵魂等问题也引发了激烈论辩.通过与四位传播学领域的人工智能研究学者进行对谈,在重回人工智能与灵魂的概念丛后,针对人工智能能否被视为一种智能形式、其是否可能拥有灵魂或其要件、没有肉身的智能体灵魂以何为锚点、如何构建未来社会中的人机关系等问题,逐层展开对话,寻找"人工智能需要灵魂吗"这一问题的答案.
Abstract
The rapid development of artificial intelligence generated by ChatGPT,Sora,etc.,has aroused people's multiple imaginations and worries about new technologies and the future human-machine collaborative society.The resulting questions about whether artificial intelligence will have soul,and whether it needs to have soul,have also triggered heated debates.Through conversations with four artificial intelligence researchers in the field of communication and after returning to the conceptual cluster of artificial intelligence and soul,the dialogue is carried out layer by layer,which is aimed at the questions such as whether artificial intelligence can be regarded as a form of intelligence,whether it can own soul or its important elements,what is the anchor point for the disembodied intelligent soul,and how we can build the human-machine relationship in the future society,the purpose of which is to find the answer to the question"Does artificial intelligence need soul?".
