Preparation of Polyamine-bridged Polysilsesquioxane/Chitosan Snake-cage Composites and the Adsorption Properties for Au(Ⅲ)
The monomers B-DETA-m and B-EDA-m were prepared from 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane(CPTS),ethylenediamine(EDA)and diethylenetriamine(DETA).Two series of snake-cage composites,EDA/CTS and DETA/BPS,were synthesized by reacting bridging monomers with different ratios of chitosan(CTS).The composites were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, specific surface area and porosity analysis, and scanning electron microscopy to investigate the adsorption properties of the composites for Au(Ⅲ).The results show that the addition of CTS can effectively improve the adsorption performance of the materials, among which EDA/CTS-30 and DETA/CTS-30,which possess richer porosity and larger specific surface area, have the strongest adsorption capacity for Au(Ⅲ).This work has provided a theoretical basis for the development of new adsorbents, adsorption columns and other materials containing CTS and BPS,which can be applied to the sewage treatment, and is of positive significance to the subsequent research on environmental treatment.
