牙周病患者基础治疗前后唾液及血浆中CHI3L1、CHIT1水平的变化

摘要
目的:探讨牙周病患者牙周基础治疗前后其唾液、血浆中几丁质酶3样蛋白l(CHI3L1)、几丁质酶1(CHIT1)的水平变化及临床意义.方法:通过酶联免疫吸附法ELISA检测27例慢性牙周炎患者、17例慢性牙龈炎患者牙周基础治疗前后的唾液及血浆中CHI3L1、CHIT1的表达水平,并与20例健康对照者的样本进行比较.结果:CHI3 L1在慢性牙周炎患者唾液中的表达水平显著高于对照组,且在牙周基础治疗后其表达水平显著降低,与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);慢性牙龈炎患者唾液中的CHI3L1表达水平与对照组及治疗后相比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);各组唾液及血浆中的CHIT1表达水平两两相比,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:CHI3 L1可作为一种新的评估慢性牙周炎病变进展程度的生物学标记物.
Abstract
AIM:To study the expression of Chitinase 3-like protein 1 (CHI3L1) and chitotriosidase (chitinase-1,CHIT1) in saliva and plasma of patients with periodontal diseases after non-surgical periodontal treatment,and to investigate their potential roles and clinical significance in the progress of periodontitis.METHODS:Patients with chronic periodontitis (CP) (n =27),chronic gingivitis (CG) (n =17) and the individuals with periodontal healthy (PH) (n =20) were enrolled.The levels of CHI3L1 and CHIT1 in saliva and plasma were analyzed by ELISA in CP and CG patients before and 1 month after non-surgical periodontal treatment.RESULTS:The salivary CHI3L1 level in CP patients was higher than that in PH individuals (P ＜ 0.05).After non-surgical periodontal treatment,the saliva level of CHI3L1 in CP patients decreased (P ＜ 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in salivary CHI3L1 level in CG group before and after treatment.No significant change of CHIT1 level was found in salivary and plasma in all groups.CONCLUSION:CHI3 L1 may be used as a potential marker in evaluating the progress of chronic periodontitis.
