CAD/CAM个性化瓷基台的体外力学性能研究

摘要
目的:比较个性化瓷基台和成品基台在应力分布方面的差异及其带来的影响.方法:根据种植体疲劳标准ISO 14801分别制作个性化瓷基台种植体、成品基台种植体的三维有限元模型,并运用有限元分析法分析两种基台种植体的应力分布情况,分别建立2种种植体疲劳加载模型(n=6)并循环加载30万次后,扫描电镜观察循环疲劳加载前后的个性化瓷基台-Tibase间隙、Tibase-种植体间隙、成品基台-种植体间隙的大小.结果:个性化瓷基台种植体相较于成品基台种植体在瓷基台-Tibase连接处出现了应力集中,且各部结构应力峰值均高于成品基台种植体.个性化瓷基台种植体的各部分之间的间隙均明显大于成品基台种植体间隙(P<0.05),疲劳加载后个性化瓷基台种植体的间隙大小改变更明显,其拉应力侧的各间隙均明显大于成品基台种植体间隙(P<0.05).结论:从应力分析角度及其各组件之间的间隙看,成品基台种植优于个性化瓷基台种植体.
Abstract
AIM:To compare the stress distribution and influence between CAD/CAM zirconia custom implant abutment and the finished titanium abutment.METHODS:Implant finite element models of CAD/CAM zirconia custom implant abutment and the finished titanium abutment were established according to ISO standard 14801,stress distribution was analysed using ANSYS software.The models of fatigue testing samples of the 2 kinds of implant were esfablished according to ISO standard 14801.After 5 ℃-55 ℃ circled fatigue experiment,representative specimens were examined using stereomicroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,the gap between the components was measured.RESULTS:Implant with CAD/CAM zirconia custom abutment had stress concentration at the connection of zirconia abutment and Tibase,and the peak stress were higher than that of the implant with titanium abutment.The gaps in implant with CAD/CAM zirconia custom abutment were larger(P < 0.05).After circled fatigue experiment,the gaps in implant with CAD/CAM zirconia custom abutment were much larger than that of the implant with titanium abutment.CONCLUTION:From the perspective of the stress analysis and the gap between the components,the finished titanium abutment is superior to CAD/CAM zirconia custom implant abutment.
