摘要
目的:用CBCT影像研究汉族人下颌第一磨牙髓室顶与釉牙骨质界的关系.方法:收集汉族人下颌第一磨牙420例(男、女各210例),年龄15～ 74岁,以10岁间隔分为6组,分别测量各组髓室顶低点到釉牙骨质界连线的垂直距离,并进行统计学分析.结果:髓室顶低点至釉牙骨质界的垂直距离(mm):近远中向正中面男性-0.82 ±0.63,女性-0.78 ±0.60;颊舌向正中面,男性-0.72 ±0.63,女性-0.61 ±0.62,性别间均无统计学差异(P＞0.05);随年龄增长髓室顶低点有向釉牙骨质界连线根方移动的趋势,即负值的绝对值增大,与年龄具有相关性(P＜0.05).结论:汉族人下颌第一磨牙髓室顶低点位于釉牙骨质界连线根方1 mm内,性别间无明显差异,与年龄有相关性.
Abstract
AIM:To investigate the relationship between pulp chamber roof and cemento-enamel junction of mandibular first molar in Chinese Han population by using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).METHODS:CBCT images of 420 mandibular first molars in Chinese Han population (210 males and 210 females) were collected and divided into 6 age groups based on 10-year interval as following:15-24,25-34,35-44,45-54,55-64 and 65-74 years.The images were measured by Galileo software of CBCT;the distance between the lowest position of pulp chamber top and enamel-dentinal junction of the molar pulp was measured in vertical direction and then statistically analysed.RESULTS:On M-D plan,the vertical distance between the lowest position of pulp chamber top and enamel-dentinal junction of mandibular first permanent molar pulp was (-0.82 ± 0.63) mm in males and (-0.78 ± 0.60) mm in females (P＞0.05) respectivety.On B-L plan,the figure was (-0.72 ±0.63)mm in males and (-0.61 ±0.62)mm in females(P ＜ 0.05),respectively.There was negative correlation between the distance and age (P ＜ 0.05).CONCLUSION:In Chinese Han population,the roof of mandibular first molar pulp chamber is located within 1 mm below the cemento-enamel junction.There is no gender difference between genders in the distance.But age is negatively related with distance.
