摘要
目的:对比热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法对C型根管的充填效果.方法:将80例患者共80个C型根管的下颌第二磨牙随机分为两组(n=40).组1用AHplus加热牙胶垂直加压法充填,组2用iRoot SP加冷牙胶侧压法充填,观察术后充填效果及临床疗效.结果:术后充填效果,组1恰填、超填、欠填分别为36例、3例和1例,组2分别为34例、2例和4例;组1术后疼痛3例,组2有2例(P＞0.05);3个月复查:组1显效35例,有效率97.5％,组2显效34例,有效率95.0％,两组间无统计学差异(P＞0.05).术后1年复查,76例疗效明显,成功率为97.4％.结论:热牙胶法与iRoot SP冷侧压法均对C型根管有良好的充填效果,但iRoot SP临床操作简便,能避免热源刺激,临床应用效果良好.
Abstract
AIM:To compare the effects of warm vertical technique and cold lateral condensation techniques with iRoot SP on the filling of C-shaped root canals.METHODS:80 mandibular molars with C-shaped root canal were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =40).Root canals in group 1 were filled by warm vertical technique with AHplus,while those of group 2 by cold lateral condensation technique with iRoot SP.The evaluation on the effects of each technique was made according to filling effect and clinical effect.RESULTS:The number of proper apical sealing,over-obturation and under-obturation in group 1 was 36,3 and 1;while that in group 2 was 34,2 and 4,respectively;3 patients complained of pain in group 1,while 2 in group 2 (P ＞ 0.05).At 3 m follow-up,the total effective rate of group 1 was 97.5％ and that of group 2 was 95.0％ (P ＞ 0.05).CONLIUSION:The C-shaped root canals can be effectively filled with warm vertical technique or cold lateral condensation technique.
