安氏Ⅱ类2分类错(牙合)牙弓及牙槽骨弓宽度的特点分析

摘要
目的:分析安氏Ⅱ类2分类错(牙合)牙弓及牙槽骨弓宽度的特点.方法:选择未经正畸治疗的模型98副,其中安氏Ⅱ类2分类错(牙合)模型35副、安氏Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)模型33副、个别正常(牙合)模型30副.测量3组牙弓、牙槽骨弓宽度,并进行统计学分析.结果:安氏Ⅱ类2分类上颌尖牙牙弓和牙槽骨弓宽度大于1分类(P＜0.05);下颌尖牙牙弓宽度较安氏Ⅱ类1分类和正常(牙合)组小,牙槽骨弓宽度小于正常(牙合)组(P＜0.05);前磨牙区牙弓和牙槽骨弓宽度小于正常(牙合)组(P＜0.05).磨牙区牙弓和牙槽骨弓宽度3组间无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:安氏Ⅱ类2分类错(牙合)患者的前磨牙及下颌尖牙区牙弓和牙槽骨弓宽度小于正常(牙合),治疗中应解除下颌骨在矢状向和垂直向的束缚,配合适当的扩弓治疗使下颌骨三维方向达到新的平衡.
Abstract
AIM:To analyze the characteristics of alveolar and dental arch width of Angle Class Ⅱ Division 2 malocclusion.METHODS:98 dental casts without orthodontic treatment were selected in Han Zhong City.Dental casts of Angle Ⅱ 2 were in the experimental group(n =35),Angle Ⅱ 1(n =33) and normal occlusion (n =30) were in the control groups.The arch width of each cast was measured by digital vernier caliper.The characteristics of arch width was analyzed by statistical software SPSS for the comparison among the 3 groups.RESULTS:The upper intercanine width of the subjects with Angle Ⅱ 2 was greater than that with Angle Ⅱ 1;the lower intercanine dental arch width of the subjects with Angle Ⅱ 2 was narrower than that of the control groups.The interpremolar width of the subjects with Angle Ⅱ 2 was smaller than that with normal occlusion,but had no difference with Angle Ⅱ 1.There was no difference in intermolar dental and alveolar width both in maxillary and mandible molars among the 3 groups.CONCLUSION:Compared with normal occlusion,Angle Ⅱ 2 malocclusion has narrow width in upper premolars and mandibular intercaninen.In clinical treatment,the three-dimensional direction of the mandible should be balanced.
