摘要
种植体周围炎是发生在种植体周围软硬组织的炎症性疾病,其常见的危险因素包括菌斑微生物、口腔卫生不良、吸烟、咬合创伤、全身疾病等.目前临床上常用的治疗种植体周围炎的方法主要有机械治疗、药物治疗、咬合调整、手术治疗等.此外,关于激光在种植体周围炎治疗中的应用研究也逐渐增多,并有望成为一种新的治疗方法.本文就种植体周围炎的危险因素及其预防和治疗方法等内容作一综述.
Abstract
Peri-implantitis is an inflammatory process affecting the soft and hard tissues surrounding dental implants.The common risk factors include plaque microorganism,poor oral hygiene,smoking,occlusal trauma,systemic disease,and so on.At present,conventional treatment methods are mainly mechanical treatment,drug treatment,occlusal adjustment,surgical treatment and so on.In addition,the research on the effect of laser in the treatment of peri-implantitis is gradually increasing,and it is expected to become a new treatment method.This article reviews the studies of the risk factors,prevention and treatment of peri-implantitis.
