摘要
目的:评价椅旁CEREC AC系统制作的IPS e.max CAD全瓷修复体的临床修复效果并分析其失败原因.方法:对215名使用Cerec AC系统制作的255件IPS e.max CAD全瓷修复体进行随访观察;参照美国公共健康协会(USPHS)修正标准,在修复后3、6、12个月对修复体进行临床评价;通过Kaplan-Meier生存分析、Log-Rank检验,计算修复体的累计生存率,分析修复类型、牙位等因素对生存率的影响及其失败原因.结果:在1年的随访期内,8件修复体发生瓷崩裂,5件脱落;修复体1年累计生存率为96.5%,不同修复类型以及不同牙位之间的生存率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在USPHS评价中,有96%以上的修复体各项指标均达到A,其中边缘密合性、颜色匹配、形态匹配、继发龋等方面表现优异.结论:Cerec AC系统制作的IPS e.max CAD全瓷修复体在短期内可取得良好的修复效果.
Abstract
AIM:To evaluate the clinical performance of IPS e.max CAD ceramic restorations and to analyze the reason of failure.METHODS:255 IPS e.max CAD ceramic restorations were made by CEREC AC for 215 patients.All the restorations were evaluated at 3,6 and 12 m follow-up using the modified United StatesPublic Health Standard(USPHS).The cumulative survival rate (CSR) of the restorations was calculated and the related influence factors such as restoration type and tooth region were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Log-Rank test.RESULTS:During the observation period,chipping or fracture was observed in 8 restorations,and debonding in 5 restorations.The 1-year cumulative survival rate (CSR) of the restorations was 96.5%.The difference of the corelation of the CSR with restoration types,or with tooth region was not statistically significant (P>0.05).96% of the restorations were classified as A by USPHS.The performance in marginal adaptation,color match and secondary caries resistance was outstanding.CONCLUSION:IPS e.max CAD all-ceramic restorations made by CEREC AC demonstrate good clinical results within 1year observation.
