摘要
目的:比较3种不同固化方式的粘结材料对全瓷材料颜色的影响.方法:制作直径10 mm、厚1.0 mm的A2色IPS e.max Press铸瓷试件30个,直径10 mm、基底厚0.7 mm、饰瓷厚0.5 mm的TS色威兰德氧化锆瓷试件30个,两种试件各随机分为A、B、C 3组(n=10).用GC FujiCEM化学固化树脂加强型玻璃离子(A组)、3M RelyX Unicem双固化树脂粘结剂(B组)、3M RelyX Veneer光固化树脂粘结剂(C组)粘结.采用Shadepilot数字比色仪和MINOLDA Datacolor SF300分光光度仪采集试件粘结前后在标准黑、白背景下的光学值(L*、a* 、b *值),计算各值的变化量及色差值ΔE,并进行统计学分析.结果:3种粘结材料粘结全瓷试件前后,在标准黑、白背景下两种测试方法的采集值整体趋势一致.L*、a* 、b *值A组均呈增大趋势,B、C组均呈减小趋势;ΔE值A、B、C 3组呈现递减趋势.黑背景下各组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),白背景下仅B、C组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),综合色差值仅氧化锆瓷B、C 组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),同种材料其他各组间两两相比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:3种不同固化方式的粘结剂对氧化锆瓷的颜色无明显的影响,对铸瓷材料而言,GC FujiCEM影响较大.
Abstract
AIM:To evaluate the effect of three different cure mode cements on the final color of ceramic materials.METHODS:30 discs were made with IPS e.max Press A2 shade with the thickness of 1.0 mm and diameter of 10 mm,and then were divided into three 3 groups (n=10).Another 30 discs were made with WIELAND zirconia ceramic TS shade with the thickness of 1.2mm and diameter of 10 mm,then were also divided into three 3 groups (n=10).GC Fujicem (group A),3M RelyX Unicem (group B) and 3M RelyX Veneer (group C) cements were respectively applied on the porcelain discs of different groups.The color parameters (CIE L*a*b* values) was measured by Shadepilot and MINOLDA Datacolor SF300 respectively before and after cementation under white and black background respectivety.Changes in color (ΔE) were obtained using CIE L*a*b* system.Data were submitted to one-way ANOVA,SNK-q test and Paired-Sample T test (P=0.05).RESULTS:The color parameters (CIE L*a*b* values) measured by Shadepilot and MINOLDA Datacolor SF300 showed the same trend.CIE L*a*b* values increased in group A and decreased in group B and C.The ΔE showed a decreased trend in all groups Statistical difference was observed among groups under black background and between group B and C under white background.CONCLUSION:The 3 different cements do not have significant effect on the color of zirconia ceramic,GC Fujicem has the most influential effect on the color of IPS e.max press.
