摘要
目的:评价新型树脂填充器用于前牙纳米复合树脂修复的临床效果.方法:选择118例共236个牙体缺损前牙,分别使用新型树脂填充器和传统树脂填充器进行Z350树脂充填(n=118),比较两种充填器的椅旁操作时间,并对修复后6个月及1、2年的修复效果和患者满意度进行评价.结果:新型树脂填充器较传统充填器的椅旁的操作时间短(P<0.05),6个月及1、2年后观察结果显示,充填效果在各时间点均高于传统树脂充填器(P<0.05),患者满意度则无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:新型树脂填充器充填效果优于传统树脂填充器,值得临床推广.
Abstract
AIM:To evaluate the clinical effects of a new resin filler in anterior teeth restoration.METHODS:236 defected anterior teeth in 118 patients were divided into 2 groups(n=118) and were filled with 3M Filtek TM Z350 resin by the new resin filler and traditional filler respectively.Chairside operating time was compared.Repair effect and patients' satisfaction were evaluated at 6 m,1 y and 2 y follow-up.RESULTS:The new resin filler significantly reduced filling time (P<0.05).The filling effects of the new resin filler group was superior than those of the traditional filler group at every time point (P<0.05).Yet no difference in patients' satisfaction was found between the 2 groups (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The new resin filler is more effecive than traditional resin filler in the restoration of anterior teeth defect.
