摘要
牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.gingivalis)是牙周炎的主要致病菌之一,且由于铁/亚铁血红素是P.gingivalis 的重要生长因子,因此必须通过血红素载体蛋白(hemophore,HmuY)从宿主环境中摄取血红素以维持其生长和毒力.慢性牙周炎复杂的发病机制至今尚不是很清楚,目前认为免疫性继发性破坏可能是其主要原因.本文就慢性牙周炎免疫发病机制、HmuY在慢性牙周炎发病中的作用机制作一综述.
Abstract
P.gingivalis is one of the important etiological agent of periodontal disease.Iron / heme is an important growth factor,HmuY is responsible for the capture of heme from host heme-binding proteins to maintain the growth and virulence of P.gingivalis.The etiology of chronic periodontitis is complex and its pathogenesis remains unclear.At present it is considered that the main reason is the secondary destruction of immunity.The research status of immunopathogenesis of chronic periodontitis and the role of P.gingivalis HmuY in the immunopathogenesis of chronic periodontitis are reviewed in this paper.
