八年制口腔医学生牙周实习中的医疗质量持续改进

摘要
医疗质量持续改进是推进以患者为中心的医疗服务体系,提高医疗质量和患者满意率为目的.我们在口腔医学八年制牙周实习教学中参照医疗质量持续改进方案,采用指导式和研讨式教学方法,增加牙周疾病新进展和基本牙周手术模型的训练,通过患者和带教老师的评价不断改进方案,进一步提高了八年制学生的临床训练水平.
Abstract
The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) circle in medical service aims to improve the quality of health care and increase the satisfaction of patients.After 8-year course study,the students majored in stomatology are supposed to be excellent general dentists,who possess lenient basic theories,clinical skills and research capabilities.Clinical guidance and group discussion are used,and patients' judgement is considered in the improvement of internship practice.The PDCA circle will be instructed in the clinical training of the 8-year course stomatological students.
