摘要

目的:评价5种牙色充填材料的释氟性能.方法:选择Fuji Ⅶ、FujiⅡLC、Beautifil、Compoglass F、Z350复合树脂作为试验材料,并制备直径10 mm、厚1 mm的圆片试件;然后将各试件浸泡于5 mL去离子水中,并分别于浸泡后不同时间点(1~28 d)用氟离子选择电极测定其浸出液的氟离子量,计算各材料各时间点的释氟率[F-(μg/cm2/d)].用SEM观察各材料浸水前及浸水28 d后的表面显微结构.结果:Fuji Ⅶ 的释氟率最大,其次为FujiⅡ LC,两者均显著大于其他材料(P<0.05);Compoglass F的释氟率居中,且显著大于Beautifil、Z350 (P<0.05).结论:玻璃离子水门汀的释氟性能最好,其次是复合体,Giomer和复合树脂的释氟性能最差.

Abstract

AIM:To evaluate the fluoride releasing properties of 5 tooth color restorative materials.METHODS:Disc specimens with the diameter of 10 mm and thickness of 1 mm were prepared from Fuji Ⅶ(GIC),FujiⅡLC(VLC GIC),Beautifil(giomer),Compoglass F(compomer) and Z350 (composite) respectively.Specimens were dipped in 5.0 mL deionized water and fluoride release was detected using a fluoride-specific ion electrode every day at 1st~7th day and every 3 days at 8~28th day.The surface of each material before and after dipping in water was observed by SEM.RESULTS:Fuji Ⅶ presented the highest fluoride release,followed by FujiⅡLC,the fluoride releas of both was significantly higher than that of the other materials at all test
