不同中草药对牙本质小管封闭作用的扫描电镜观察

摘要
目的:评价不同中草药对牙本质小管的封闭能力.方法:取牛下颌中切牙40个,分别制成牙本质片并经EDTA处理0.5 h,随机分为8组(n=5),分别为原花青素组、单宁酸组、没食子酸组、柚皮苷组、EGCG组、甘草酸组、丹皮酚组以及空白对照组.各中草药组每日处理3次,每次5 min,其余时间浸泡于再矿化液中,空白对照组直接浸泡于再矿化液中;连续处理7 d后,用扫描电镜观察各组牙本质小管的封闭情况,同时采用图像分析软件量化分析各组牙本质小管的平均面积、平均直径和平均封闭率,并以此评价牙本质小管的封闭程度.结果:除甘草酸处理组外,其余各组牙本质小管的封闭程度均高于空白对照组(P<0.05),其中以原花青素组封闭牙本质小管的效果最显著(P<0.05),其次为单宁酸和柚皮苷(P<0.05).结论:本研究成功筛选出了能有效封闭牙本质小管的中草药,分别为原花青素、单宁酸和柚皮苷.
Abstract
AIM:To evaluate the sealing effect of different Chinese herbs in dentine tubules.METHODS:40 dentin discs were prepared from bovine mandibular incisors and randomly divided into 8 groups (n=5) as Procyanidin group,Tannic acid group,gallic acid group,Naringin group,EGCG group,Paeonol group and control group.For treatment groups,the discs were immersed in herbal solutionss for 5 min,3 times a day,then immersed in remineralization solution.The discs in control group were immersed in remineralization solution without any other treatment.The sealing effect was observed by scanning electron microscope.The degree of the occlusion of dentinal tubules was quantified using image analysis software and the results were analyzed by the rank sum test.RESULTS:All the herbs except Glycyrrhizic acid showed significantly better sealing effects than the control(P<0.05).Moreover,procyanidin showed the most effective sealing followed by tannic acid and naringin(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Procyanidins,tannic acid and naringin have good sealing effecs in dentin tubules.
