摘要
目的:研究口内可见第三磨牙(V-M3s)对其邻牙健康状况的影响.方法:根据纳入与排除标准,收集符合条件患者的社会人口学资料,同时检查并记录患者第二磨牙(M2s)的患龋情况及牙周状况,根据有无相邻V-M3s将M2s分为两组,并对所得数据进行统计学分析.结果:共有572人参与了本研究,检查并记录了2 070个M2s的患病情况.当V-M3s存在时,其邻牙发生至少1个位点探诊深度≥5 mm、至少3个位点探诊出血、松动、根分叉病变的风险分别是对照组的1.93、1.38、1.64和3.51倍,但V-M3s与邻牙发生龋病的关联无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:口内V-M3s的出现显著增加了邻牙发生牙周破坏的风险.
Abstract
AIM:To investigate the influence of visible third molars (V-M3s) on the health of their adjacent second molars (A-M2s).METHODS:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,sociodemographic information of eligible subjects was collected.Caries and periodontal pathology of second molars (M2s) were examined and recorded.M2s were grouped into 2 based on the presence or absence of adjacent V-M3s,and the data were then analyzed.RESULTS:572 subjects participated in the study with 2,070 M2s enrolled.The presence of V-M3s was associated with higher risks of at least one site of pocket probing depth equal to or greater than 5 mm,at least three sites of bleeding on probing,looseness and furcation involvement on their A-M2s,with ORs of 1.93,1.38,1.64 and 3.51 respectively.However,there was no significant difference with respect to the effect of V-M3s on caries of A-M2s (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:V-M3s may increase the risks of periodontal diseases of their A-M2s.
